This website collects personal data private data using forms on the following pages: Contact, Pricing and Wedding contract. All forms generate emails which are sent to one address only. Data collected in these forms is also stored on the website server, and are removed every six months. Emails generated from the website forms are sent to one email address exclusively and are deleted when data is no longer required.
By completing the contact, pricing or contract form, you are consenting to Steve Winder Photography contacting you about photography services provided by Steve Winder Photography. Your details will never be shared with any other organization or individual, and you will not be added to mailing lists or your data used for marketing purposes. Steve Winder Photography does not take part in email marketing and your personal data will not be used in this manner.

The personal data of clients who book with Steve Winder Photography is held digitally only, is password-protected and only accessible by Steve Winder Photography. This data is deleted upon the completion of each project. Data from potential clients who have chosen not to use Steve Winder Photography’s services is deleted when deemed as such.

Clients and guests
Steve Winder Photography will not photograph an individual as a means of unique identification unless contracted to do so.
Wedding clients and guests are photographed within the parameters of GDPR legislation. The taking of photographs of wedding guests when viewed as a form of processing personal data is necessary for the legitimate interests of Steve Winder Photography as a business unless there is sound reason to protect an individual’s personal data which overrides these legitimate interests.
Clients, wedding guests, or anyone photographed by Steve Winder Photography, past or present may withdraw consent for an image in which they appear to be displayed or shared. To do so, individuals can email your email here, and Steve Winder Photography will remove the image from wherever it may appear within 30 days of the request.
